Style & Influence:
Rock N´Roll Lesson Number one: Wanna play guitar, and play it well?....Learn the Blues...
Influence? Jimmy Page, 100%, that's the influence right there, I listen to Led Zeppelin non-stop, something you should all know. Style? Hmmm, I guess style wise, I´v never been one of these people that doesn't like high-strung guitars, I like flow, I like swing with my guitar, I like the fact I can move it anywhere and still look like a bad-ass on stage and I hate bendy microphone stands, I just hate the look of them, I mean Cash had a straight up stand, and he rocked that thing, none of this bendy stuff to make it easy for you on stage. Music is hard, if you wanna get into it, do it with class, not being funny, not being a dick, just telling you how to do it, people remember people who do cool shit, if its hard to do, at the end of the day its gonna be worth it. But, I'm gonna go against myself here and say, just do it how you wanna do it, there aint no right and wrong in music these days, just do it how you wanna do it, whether its something new, or something that's been done before, just do it. I have people that influence me and bands that I listen to, but never try to do what they do. I´ll list of the folk that I love to heard, listen and read about: Black Stone Cherry, Led Zeppelin, Guns N Roses ( Original ones, not new ones ), Die mannequin, Queens Of The Stone Age, Cherry Bomb, Slash, Slash's Snakepit & Bluesball, Oasis, The White Stripes, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, there's lots more, just ask if I like, and I´ll "Confirm or Deny".
This is a Rolling Stones cover. Hope you enjoy it. The solo in it is 100% mine. Made it up on the dot. For this I barly used and effects or anything, its taken from the live version me and the rythem guitarist play live, and thats why I used an electric rather than an acoustic.

Obviously, every guitarist, or every novice guitarist at least takes influence off somebody else. Mine, I'm happy to say was Jimmy Page. One day I just found an old Mothership DVD, the Led Zeppelin one, among some things in our living room.
